Being a part of this training changed my idea of meditation and my life.  Making the commitment to open up and work has allowed more room for compassion in my life and the lives of the people I love.  What a treasure it is that we have this available to us.

T.S., Oct 2017 Meditation Level 1 graduate

I had a deep experience in this training. The topics and practices were great. You can read about it in a book but the interaction with teachers and peers bring it to life.
