  • Rekindle your ancient connection to the earth in a grounding workshop exploring ways to untie and un-limit the subtle energy support of the feet, legs, and hips.
  • Redefine your relationship with the breath as we loosen our grip on pranayama in order to receive its gifts to our nervous system in meditation practice.

About the Instructors

Acharyas Abhaya and Satyam Ehinger, E-RYT 500

Satyam and Abhaya manage Konalani, the ShambhavAnanda Ashram on the big island of Hawaii. Collectively they have led over 100 yoga teacher trainings and truly feel that their work has just begun. Satyam is passionate about Yoga philosophy and translating ancient texts into modern practices that can inspire us on the cushion and throughout the day. Abhaya loves exploring the intersection between holistic movement and spiritual practice as she moves consciously across her mat and through her life. They are both honored to share the practices of ShambhavAnanda Yoga with seekers from all over the globe and are thrilled to be leading a weekend workshop at Shoshoni, their home away from home.
