Couples Workshop: The Yoga of Communication
February 15, 2025 8:30am-7:30pm
Price: $75 plus accommodations when booked with a Yoga Retreat, or $150 as a Day Retreat
Join us for an all-day Couples Workshop to help couples enrich their communication and deepen their connection. We will work from a yogic perspective with common issues that arise for couples and will introduce yogic practices that support problem-solving and honest, open communication in a committed relationship. It will not be a counseling session, but will be aimed at giving you accessible, practical tools to help your relationship thrive and grow.
In addition, we will offer hatha yoga sessions for couples with asanas (postures) that you can practice together or separately to support a healthy body. And there will be ample opportunity to enjoy the Shoshoni’s natural beauty nestled in the Rocky Mountains. Delicious, vegetarian meals will be provided.
The workshop will be led by Janabai and Jnaneshwar Tull, who have more than 40 years’ experience each as meditation teachers and have been married for 58 years. They will be supported by the nationally renowned hatha yoga teachers at Shoshoni. We promise a positive, exciting workshop.

About the Instructors
Jnaneshwar and Janabai Tull
Janabai and Jnaneshwar Tull are the compassionate and insightful duo leading this transformative couples workshop on communication. They have more than 40 years’ experience each as meditation teachers. Married for an inspiring 58 years, they’ve experienced the beauty and challenges of a long-term partnership firsthand, enriching their teachings with personal anecdotes and deep understanding. Their decades of experience have given them a profound appreciation for mindfulness, self-awareness, and loving communication, which they share generously with participants.
The scenery is gorgeous with hiking all around, staff is excellent, the food is delicious, the temples are beautiful, the yoga is great and relaxing, and the cabins are clean and nice. I always feel so peaceful there and the meditation is wonderful. It’s a very spiritual place and wonderful for decompressing from city life and for getting back to your true self.
