7:30-7:45am Check-in (no check-in necessary for guests who stayed previous night)

8:00-9:30am Introduction to Meditation; Finding a Seat; Ham Sah practice

10:00-11:20am Hatha Yoga

11:30-12:00pm Pranayama and Meditation Practice

12:00pm Lunch

1:00pm-3:45pm Meditation Workshop continued: Heart Meditation; Tension Release practice; bringing your practice into your life

4:00pm Check-out for Day Workshop guests or return to “Overnight Retreat” schedule for overnight guests
