Participants also receive a home practice journal to print, with detailed instruction for the practices.



This program will be broadcast live using Zoom. You will receive a confirmation email upon registration, and an additional email the morning of the program with a link to the broadcast.

8:15-9:45am Introduction to Meditation: Finding Your Seat; Ham Sah practice

10:00-11:15am Hatha Yoga

11:30-12:00pm Pranayama and Meditation Practice

1:15pm-2:30pm Meditation practice: Heart Meditation, Walking Meditation, Cultivating Gratitude

2:45-4:00pm Tension Release practice and bringing your practice into your life
