In 2011, outside of her then home town of Nederland, Colorado, she found ShambhavAnanda Yoga and received the ERYT500 hour Hatha yoga and meditation teacher certifications. She became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in 2018, but her love and fascination with the Vedic arts continued. In June 2019 she graduated from the New World Ayurveda School as an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. With her love teaching, and sharing this ancient wisdom, Shanti teaches Ayurveda at New World Ayurveda in the Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Program and Introduction to Ayurveda, and Yoga Teacher Training at Red Rocks Community College. Shanti works out of  PranaTonic Yoga & Wellness in Golden, CO and enjoys guiding and nurturing others through life’s many transitions by offering a unique 6 month Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching program, one on one consultations, Vedic Astrology Readings, Ayurvedic treatments – Shirodhara, Abhyanga Oil Massage, Marma Point Therapy and Herbal Scrubs. She also offers Ayurvedic seasonal workshop series – “Living an Ayurvedic Lifestyle with the Rhythms of Nature” including Spring and Fall Gentle Cleanses, Women’s Health, Mala Making, etc. She is a yoga and meditation teacher, teaching meditation classes 3 days a week, aerial yoga and hatha yoga throughout the week.

The scenery is gorgeous with hiking all around, staff is excellent, the food is delicious, the temples are beautiful, the yoga is great and relaxing, and the cabins are clean and nice. I always feel so peaceful there and the meditation is wonderful. It’s a very spiritual place and wonderful for decompressing from city life and for getting back to your true self.
