Ayurveda Lifestyle Weekend – on hold
August 13-16
Expand your knowledge of Ayurveda, the ancient healing science of India, and its relationship to yoga. This fun, comprehensive weekend will offer Ayurveda workshops in addition to yoga and meditation. You will learn fundamental concepts of Ayurveda so you can begin to recognize them in yourself, your friends, and family. CEUs available for yoga teachers.
Yoga Lifestyle Immersion
August 14-September 11 – waitlist only
This program offers a rare opportunity to spend a time at an ashram, immersed in the practices of meditation, yoga, and selfless service. Shoshoni is opening its doors to a limited number of guests for an extended and in-depth experience of the yogic lifestyle at an incredibly low price. Live and practice alongside a group of dedicated resident yogis in a beautiful and secluded mountain setting.
Meditation For Your Life – on hold

A one-day workshop-style retreat. Meditation For Your Life is a wonderful introduction to the practices of ShambhavAnanda Yoga. Learn the steps to developing a personal meditation practice with small guided sessions and group discussion. Take home guided meditation CDs and a home practice journal. All levels of experience are welcome. Attend the workshop as a Day Retreat or add it to any overnight stay.

Learn to draw a Buddha on canvas using traditional eastern thankgha-painting techniques. Accomplished artist Faith Stone will guide you through the process, teaching these techniques in an easily digestible way and helping to bring your Buddha to life. Take your Buddha home with you at the end of the weekend. Beginner through experienced artists welcome.

Join the Shoshoni community for a weekend of arts and crafts, games, and kid-friendly meditation and yoga. Family Weekend offers an opportunity to spend quality time with your own family, connect with other families, and even enjoy some down time while we watch the kids!
New Year’s Eve Retreat – on hold
December 31 – January 1
Join us for a unique, growth-centered New Year’s Eve celebration. A combination of art, yoga, meditation, and chanting will encourage a new level of personal awareness and spiritual growth. This popular program is just $20 plus the price of overnight accommodations, or $50 to participate from 4pm-12am. Space is limited, so reserve soon!
Shoshoni offers a rich meditation practice, wonderful yoga classes, and great vegetarian cuisine. The views are breathtaking and it is incredibly interesting getting to know the staff. Highly recommended!
