New Year’s Eve Retreat

Join us for a unique, growth-centered New Year’s Eve celebration. A combination of art, yoga, meditation, and chanting will encourage a new level of personal awareness and spiritual growth. Ever-evolving Core Workshop

March 7, 1:15-4:15pm

This course will review in-depth anatomy of the torso and pelvic floor core musculature as well as how these muscles relate to our yoga practice.  We will review current research on the core as well as effective and safe cueing as yoga instructors.  We will practice working with our core in yoga postures.  Finally, we will discuss the ethics and scope of practice of yoga teachers in relation to cueing the core.  This YACEP course qualifies for 3 hours of continuing education for current yoga teachers.

Ayurveda Lifestyle Weekend

Expand your knowledge of Ayurveda, the ancient healing science of India, and its relationship to yoga. Accomplished artist Faith Stone will guide you through the process, teaching these techniques in an easily digestible way and helping to bring your Buddha to life. Shoshoni offers a rich meditation practice, wonderful yoga classes, and great vegetarian cuisine. The views are breathtaking and it is incredibly interesting getting to know the staff. Highly recommended!
