Meditation For Your Life – Online

April 11

A one-day workshop-style retreat. Meditation For Your Life is a wonderful introduction to the practices of ShambhavAnanda Yoga. Learn the steps to developing a personal meditation practice with small guided sessions and group discussion. There is also an option to purchase a downloadable course book to help bring the practices into your life.

Work Study

April 30 – October 1

Join the Shoshoni staff and dive deeply into the yogic lifestyle and your own spiritual practice alongside dedicated yogic practitioners. Ground yourself in the discipline and structure of an ashram setting. Learn meditation tools from the ShambhavAnanda tradition and how to bring them into your everyday life. Work in support of community, using seva – selfless service – as a vehicle for growth. Geared toward ages 18-35. 

Yoga Immersion

May 1-31

Become a part-time staff member while dedicating yourself to a strong asana practice. Attend morning yoga and pranayama classes and enjoy some free time to hike, do art, or relax. Join the staff for morning and evening meditation and participate in seva – selfless service – in the afternoons. $750 includes lodging and meals.

Family Weekend

May 22-24

Join the Shoshoni community for a weekend of arts and crafts, games, and kid-friendly meditation and yoga. Family Weekend offers an opportunity to spend quality time with your own family, connect with other families, and even enjoy some down time while we watch the kids!

Expand your knowledge of Ayurveda, the ancient healing science of India, and its relationship to yoga. This fun, comprehensive weekend will offer Ayurveda workshops in addition to yoga and meditation. You will learn fundamental concepts of Ayurveda so you can begin to recognize them in yourself, your friends, and family. CEUs available for yoga teachers.

New Year’s Eve Retreat

December 31 – January 1

Join us for a unique, growth-centered New Year’s Eve celebration. A combination of art, yoga, meditation, and chanting will encourage a new level of personal awareness and spiritual growth. This popular program is just $20 plus the price of overnight accommodations, or $50 to participate from 4pm-12am. Space is limited, so reserve soon!

Shoshoni offers a rich meditation practice, wonderful yoga classes, and great vegetarian cuisine. The views are breathtaking and it is incredibly interesting getting to know the staff. Highly recommended!
