Get ready to be satisfied and delighted by our organic vegetarian meals. Organic, homegrown vegetables from our solar greenhouses appear on every plate. We serve whole grains, breads, beans and legumes, tofu and tempeh, dairy and eggs from our Shoshoni chickens. Dessert is served with dinner on Friday and Saturday.
We cook from scratch, with love! All of our conscious cooks are repeating sacred mantras while they prepare your food. Each meal is a special time to sit together at our family-style picnic tables, nourishing ourselves on every level, from the physical to the sublime.
When making your reservation, choose between Vegetarian or Gluten-free/dairy-free meals. Please let us know if you are strict vegan, meaning no eggs or dairy. Please note that we are a dedicated meat-free facility but do cook with gluten, dairy, soy, nuts and other possible allergens. For very serious allergies, we recommend supplementing with your own food.
