1. Select the start date of the retreat you are registering for on the calendar.
2. Choose your desired accommodation.
3. On the booking form under 'Which retreat is this reservation for?' select the retreat that aligns with the dates on your reservation. Please remember that all retreats except Yoga Retreats include an additional program fee. 

Annual Spring Closure: Shoshoni will be closed for renovations and upkeep February 15 though March 17.

Deposit: 

A deposit of 50% of the cost of accommodations is required to confirm reservations. Once you have submitted your deposit, additional retreat fees (if applicable) will be added to the reservation and you will receive a confirmation email with an updated invoice.

Cancellations and Changes:

lf a reservation is cancelled or changed with more than 14 days notice, the deposit will be refunded or credited to any other visit within one year, minus a $30 cancellation fee for a one person reservation, a $50 fee for a two person reservation, and a $75 fee for a reservation with three or more people. If less than 14 days notice is given, the entire amount of the deposit is forfeit. There are no refunds for no shows or early departures.

Please understand, we are a high-altitude retreat center; we do not accept cancellations based on weather. Be prepared for all driving conditions, or consider public transportation with a shuttle pick-up from Nederland as an alternative.

Pet Policy:

Animals/pets not permitted. Service dogs allowed. For non-medical/comfort service dogs, there is $100 charge for extra cleaning for allergies. Non-medical/comfort dogs not allowed in temples.
