Dining at Shoshoni

From our kitchen to your heart...

At Shoshoni Yoga Retreat, we welcome guests from all dietary backgrounds to our vegetarian dining experience.

Our kitchen serves a vegetarian diet based on fresh vegetables & fruits, whole grains, high quality oils, and protein sources including nuts & seeds, dairy and eggs, and legumes.

Our meals are prepared from scratch daily by conscious chefs practicing Seva, selfless service. A special time to nourish ourselves and share in the uplifting community, meals are served at regular times in the daily retreat schedule.

A vegan, wheat-free option may be requested on your reservation.

We hope that you will feel satisfied and balanced, physically and spiritually, after dining with us.

Meal Schedule
7:00-7:30 am for Breakfast
12:00-12:30 pm for Lunch
5:30-6:00 pm for Dinner
Our kitchen serves for a half hour at the start of each meal. You are welcome to dine and relax in our dining room for as long as you'd like.
